Dr. Steven L. Yarbrough D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

Dr. Yarbrough is a gifted dentist and is respected by his peers in Austin and throughout the country. Dr. Yarbrough is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), an organization of general dentists who are dedicated to professional development and continuing education. All AGD members must remain current with advances in the profession to provide quality patient treatment. A general dentist who is a "Fellow" in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and an example to other dentists of the importance of quality continuing dental education to patient care.

Dr. Yarbrough graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from St. Mary's University in San Antonio Texas.  He then received his D.D.S. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.  Both degrees were presented with academic honors.  He continued his education with general practice residency at David Grant Hospital in the United States Air Force.

Dr. Yarbrough has been recognized by both Austin Monthly and Texas Monthly as one of both Austin and the state of Texas' outstanding dentists.

On the more personal side of Dr. Yarbrough, you may have noticed the wake skating background on Dr. Yarbrough's web site. This is actually his son who competes professionally. So don't be surprised if you are out skiing on Lake Austin one day and you see your dentist go by, pulling a skier!
